"We only spent one night at the Villa DanLin, but really enjoyed it. It is a family run B&B, right in the middle of town, but very quiet, has a nice pool, and very helpful staff. The town itself is really nice; its totally built around sailing, being pretty much in the middle of the so-called Turquoise Cruise route, and also the Bays of Gocek and Fethiye with their many sheltered coves and islands; the perfect place for a short cruising vacation!" "We stayed here for a few days in late May. It was a clean, cute and quiet motel even though it was right at the pedestrian only shopping area and a block from the marina. The electric switch was malfunctioning in one of our rooms, but they immediately placed us in a new room. All of the rooms had air conditioning units, which I assume is a must in summer.The staff was friendly and helpful. "Wonderful Place! Stayed 3 nights at the Villa DanLin and had a simply wonderful stay. The hotel is small, but the owners and staff are big in providing friendly, efficient, and accommodating service at a reasonable price. The hotel is in the middle of an absolutely delightful, small harbor-side village surrounded by shops, restaurants, cleaners, grocery stores, and bars. While the rooms are not particularly large, they were spotless and more than adequate to serve our needs, plus they looked out onto the center pool courtyard--an oasis of flowers, birds, and plants where my friend and I had cocktails every night. And since it was slightly out of season, we had the whole hotel to ourselves. The gem, however, was the staff and owners-they bent over backwards to respond to any request we had." "We enjoyed Villa Danlin! Our group of 4 stayed 3 nights in Early October. The staff, including the host Azime, is very helpful and friendly. Azime arranged a wonderful private boat tour for one day. She was helpful when my wife needed some medical help. The inn is well located on the main street (pedestrian). The rooms are small, but adequate, and the garden and pool area is a nice place for an afternoon drink. I recommend Gocek and the Villa Danlin." Guest from Memphis,USA

"Great little find! We have just returned from an 8 day stay at the Villa Dan Lin. We visited Gocek in September 2005 during a Gullet trip with some friends and were taken with the ambiance of this boutique hotel. I would rather call it a 5 star bed and breakfast as this more accurately conveys the property. We booked a double room via the net direct from the website for 8 nights and we spent one of the most relaxing weeks we can remember. The staff at this place are quietly super efficient and friendly and are more used to yatch crews arriving and leaving at odd hours of the day and night. During our week there was only one other couple staying for the duration and given that there are only a limited number of sun beds by the pool this worked out just fine. The hotel is situated very close to the centre of town and the marinas and a step outside the front door brings you within an easy walk of twenty or so bars and good quality restaurants notably the Nur restaurant 50 mts away. Can't recommend either place highly enough for value for money cleanliness and service. We will definitely return as soon as we can get the time." Guest from Merseyside, England

"Oustanding service at comfortable, mid-range B&B-style hotel in Gocek. I was inspired by the service, ammenities and value at the Villa DanLin in light of the small size of both the hotel (B&B is more accurate) and the town. Last minute itinerary changes reduced our stay at the Villa DanLin to one night. Having provided advance notice of this change, the Villa DanLin was very gracious and had a driver waiting for us at the Dalaman airport as we had requested. In addition, the English-speaking receptionist/manager must have proactively taken a mental note of our schedule for the next morning, which we had shared via e-mail prior to arrival, because upon returning from a stroll through the town (around 11:30 pm), she suggested (unsolicited) the best time for a wakeup call to ensure we'd have time to check-out, eat and meet the driver she arranged to take us to our next destination."
